Refund policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know, and another 14 days from notifying us to send the item back.
What we accept: Unworn pieces in original Kanvol packaging, with all tags attached.
What we can't accept: Pierced earrings (hygiene reasons) unless faulty. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Custom-sized or engraved items.
How to return: Email kanvoljewels@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions and a returns address. Refund processed within 14 days of us receiving the item, to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Email us at kanvoljewels@gmail.com for size or style exchanges - we will usually do this for free.
Faulty items: Anything faulty within 6 months: full refund or replacement, return postage on us. This is your statutory right under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
