Welcome to Kanvol Jewelry. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Please read them carefully.

2. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure.
3. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
We aim to represent our products accurately, but colours and finishes may appear slightly different on different screens. All product descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy - your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are in GBP and include any applicable UK VAT where displayed. We use Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna as payment providers. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the order total including shipping.
5. SHIPPING
Shipping options, costs and timings are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once we hand the parcel to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you, but if anything is lost or stuck please email us and we'll help sort it.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your right to return is set out in our Refund Policy. We honour the 14-day cooling-off period required by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus 6-month faulty-goods cover under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Kanvol Jewelry name, logo and store content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, copy or sell any part of the site without written permission. Product photography is used under licence from our supplier.
8. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to scrape or copy content, to upload harmful code, or to attempt to bypass any security measure. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
9. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
The site and products are provided on an 'as-is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
